In 1992, Emerald Flooring Company was formed to exceed the standards set by commercial flooring companies in the area, set standards of our own, and stay ahead of the competition in excellence of service. Our purpose was to fill the void created by other companies. We currently enjoy the finest reputation for service to the customer and will continue to maintain that level of service as our business grows. Our long term goal is to expand our products / services and increase our customer base and sales territory.
For many years the consumer has leaned toward accepting the lowest bid on projects to save money. The competition often under bids a project to get the business then cuts corners later. The end result is a chain of events that affect both the bottom line and reputation of all involved.
Today’s consumer is more educated, most realize that getting value for their dollar means getting quality products and quality service. Through past mistakes they are beginning to realize that “you get what you pay for”.Emerald drives that point home when put up against any competitor. Many long term relationships have been established because we stand behind our work. Emerald is not finished with a job until the customer is satisfied. Our reputation has allowed us to be passive in seeking out new business. Our business comes to us. The majority of our jobs are re-do’s with established customers and refferals from satisfied customers. We are also highly recommended by the mills we deal with.
Emerald Flooring Company is at a point where we are positioned to grow the business. Good solid relationships have been formed with many key individuals in major companies in the construction industry. It is time to utilize that connection to it’s fullest economic potential.
Our company can best be described as being in the business of commercial flooring installation. Our customer base is currently limited to non-residential construction projects. Our key strength is our reputation for excellent customer service. Many times we get the job done ahead of time and always with the highest quality of workmanship. This has been achieved by setting realistic timelines for installations, using quality products, utilizing the best labor available, giving quick response to problem solving, and following up after the job is complete to ensure satisfaction.^ back to top ^
